The building was purchased somewhere in 1990 at a cost around Rs.10 lac to fulfill the wish of Babamani. It is a two stroyed building with a large space on the back side. It is siturated on the heart of the town Dhanbad, near Park Market, Hirapur. The ashram was named as "SADHAN KUNJ". On the ground floor a room was specially dedicated for Puja and Upasana purpose, a glimpse given below. At the first floor, one room used by SriSriMamani (Sanhita Devi) while her stay at the Ashram and another room used for guests, visitors, students of Pupunki Multiversity etc. On every Sunday Samabeta Upasana is must. The time is fixed at 8.00 am morning and 6.00 p.m. evening. Discipline regarding time is very strictly followed. Other than Sunday, there are occassions, when Special Upasana is performed viz. Birthday of Babamani, Mamani, Durgapuja(Ashtami), Kalipuja, Holi, X-mas and on every Purnima (Full moon). Anybody either disciple or non-disciple is allowed to join the Upasana. As the motto of our Beloved Babamani is Abhikhya i.e. non begging, there is no monthly, yearly fee adopted on anyone. It is running on the royality coming from the Books and other materials of Babamani.
